Friday 18th March @ 07:20 is Full Moon. This March Full moon is also known as the Worm Moon, and with its close proximity to the Equinox, we can call it the Equinox Worm Moon.
Our Full Moon guided meditation is tonight at 7.30-9.30pm GMT, £20. Participants all receive a deeply healing experience. Cost to participate is £20 by online BACS payment (£1 admin fee added for PayPal) or half price to RSE graduates. There are multi-buy packages for regular attendees. Book at the Harmony Shop.
Our next New Moon New Vision, Lunar Cycle Alignment Programmes is 1st - 30th April and costs £155.
The Worm Full Moon image was created by Joanna for Harmony Healing.
The Worm Moon, was so named by the Native American tribes who named each moon to keep track of the months and seasons. There isn't a standardised system however, as some tribes took a year to be 12 moon cycles, whilst others went with 13 moon cycles. Similarly some tribes worked with five seasons per year whereas others went with four. Some Native Americans identified the Worm Moon with earthworm casts appearing as the spring warmth develops and hence the birds finding their food. Other tribes knew it as the Crow Moon, Lenten Moon and Sap Moon. American Farmers have adopted these titles so that they are still used today. (See article in the Telegraph for more on this).
Although the Celts, wth their Druid priests, were believed to have revered nature, the idea that they also had tree names for each Full Moon of the year, is neo-Pagan, having been introduced by Robert Graves in the 1948, which I find rather charming. So, according to Robert Graves's imaginings, this is the Alder Moon. At this time of year the Alder is prominent and flourishing on the river banks, with its roots dipping in the water, offering itself up as a magical bridge between heaven and earth. Known as Fearn (pronounced Faerin) it is associated with Faerie Magic; an ideal time for spiritual decision-making relating to divination and prophesy, as well as for honing our intuitive skills. Alder twigs and flowers are well known charms in Faerie Lore, with Alder shoots being used to make whistles and flutes to commune with the air elementals. More about this at thoughtco.com and Celtic Weirdness website which seem to show the same basic information. I'm not sure which one is the original source (if either).
Between Full Moon and the next New Moon (1st April) is considered as a good time energetically for detoxing the body. Aligning ourselves with the moon cycle is very therapeutic, hence being aware of the Full Moon (a good time for bringing projects to a conclusion) and the New moon (good for starting new projects) is excellent for bringing harmony and wellbeing into our lives. For full immersion with Moon energy join one of our New Moon New Vision, Lunar Cycle Alignment Programmes. The next one is 1st - 30th April and costs £155.

The current programme includes distant attunements to the Earth, moon, sun & stars (attunements take place on the New Moons plus the Full Moon). The cost to participate is £155.
This is intended to be a fun and participative event (though some activities will be recommended rather than compulsory), with members of the group supporting each other throughout the programme. Participants will be joining in from their home location, with at least 3 online virtual group mentoring sessions (totalling over 6 hours) and therefore receiving their attunements by distance, with e-mail and What's App support. See the above video to find out more. We ran it three times in 2021: January/February (taking in Imbolc), again April/May (taking in Beltane and the 555 numerology of the year) and finally October - November (taking in Samhain, which is also known as Halloween). It was a testament to the first course that eight of the original participants chose to repeat the course two months later, and three repeated it for a third time, and three repeated it again in January 2022.
Harmony Healing utilises the philosophies of the Ancient Egyptians, in the form of Reyad Sekh Em (RSE) Egyptian Alchemy Healing, to bring balance and harmony. Reyad Sekh Em (RSE) Level 1 - our next interactive training course continues with Mindful Chakras (started 10th March) and Essene Angelology started 16th March. Missed sessions are fully recorded so that late registrations are possible.
