  • Ancient Egyptian Ceremony of the Raising of the Djed Pillar, 5th September 2018

Osiris Poster by Jacqui Taliesin El MasriWednesday 5th September is the Ancient Egyptian Ceremony of the Raising of the Djed Pillar.

Djed.svgThe worship of the Djed pillar, and the annual 'Raising of the Djed' ceremony, is amongst the earliest ritualistic religious practices of ancient Egypt.  The Djed symbol is widely regarded as a religious icon, see omage of the Djed Pillar (right), symbolising stability, is by Jeff Dahl - Own work, CC BY-SA 4.0.

The Djed (sometimes spelt Tet) was stated to have arisen from the primordial mound of creation and Egyptologist Wallis Budge believed to be the backbone of the Egyptian god Wzr (also known as Asar or Osirus) although it's not clearly understood what it is meant to represent. A laminated poster of Wzr (Ausar, Osirus) by Jacqui Taliesin El Masri of Alkhemi.co.uk (as shown left) is also available from the Harmony Shop along with other Egyptian Deity posters by Jacqui.

Wzr was the Deity and guardian of the dead, the underworld (also called Amenti) and the afterlife.

The ancient illustrations below show the raising of the Djed ceremony, and may be representing the resurrection of Wzr following his assassination by his brother Set.  This took place before Wzr famously 'sired' Heru (Horus after subsequent Greek influence), leading to the resurrection and Immaculate Conception parallels with the later Christian story of Jesus.

    Raising the Djed anient images

Naturally the images have also led to speculation that the Raising of the Djed pillar is a metaphor for the erection of the male phallus.

The ceremony was sometimes associated with the earlier Deity Ptah, whose scepter was a cross between an ankh and the Djed symbol and Ptah was sometimes nicknamed the noble djed. Ptahwas traditionally illustrated with blue skin and was the male aspect of the trinity (or triad) Ptah, Sekhmet and Nefertum (the child).  Ptah was a prominent Deity in the Memphis vicinity of Egypt.  Memphis, which was reputedly founded by Menes, and which is situated near the metropolis of Sakkara (about 12 miles/18km from present day Cairo) and was the Egyptian Capital City during the Old Kingdom (c3100-2258BCE).  Interestingly, Wzr is always shown with green skin.

According to some sources, over time Ptah slowly became assimilated with Wzr, who formed part of the Ennead (nine prominent Deities associated with one of the popular creation myths).

  • Ancient Egyptian Ceremony of Transformation through Anpu (Anubis), 4th September 2018

Anubis poster by Jacqui Taliesin El Masri

Tuesday 4th September is the Ancient Egyptian Ceremony of Transformation through Anpu (Anubis). Some sources show this Festival in the alternative date of 22nd September.

An MP3 Meditation to overcome negative behaviour patterns is available from the Harmony Shop. The Egyptians believed that when a deceased soul entered the Halls of Amenti they would undergo a ceremony involving the metaphorical weighing of the heart (of the deceased) against Maat's feather, whereby the weight of the heart represents the degree to which the deceased lived in truth (that is how much he/she has sinned, the more he/she had sinned the heavier the heart). The meditation guides you through a journey with Anpu to see how you would fare if your heart was weighed against Maat's feather at this point in your life. This meditation was devised for 4th September, which being a Festival of Anpu would add emphasis, but can be used anytime.

Anpu is the illegitimate child of Nebt-Het (Nephthys), born of her clandestine union with Asar (Osiris) but raised as the son of Set. Cast out when his true lineage was discovered, he became associated with dark and lonely places, a wanderer through the shadow-realm between life and death, Anpu therefore bearing witness to the darker side of mortality. He seeks out those lost souls who find themselves without guidance after their demise. He guards the Entrance to the Underworld, presided over by his true father Asar.  Hence, all who die will find themselves in the presence of this mysterious Jackel-headed God, who escorts them away from this world and to the gates of the next.

  • Ancient Egyptian Ritual of the Neteru of the Two Lands, 22nd September 2018

Map of Lower Egypt from WikipediaSaturday 22nd September is the Ancient Egyptian Ritual of the Neteru of the Two Lands

The Two Lands, comprising of Upper & Lower Egypt, were presided over by the more successful Pharoahs. To the north was Lower Egypt (see map from Wikipedia) where the Nile fans into the Nile Delta.

To the south was Upper Egypt, stretching to Aswan. The terms Upper and Lower Egypt are derived from the unusual geography of the Nile, which unlike most rivers, flows from south to north. Its origins are in the highlands of East Africa and it ends with the Nile Delta which drains into the Mediterannean Sea.

Double Crown of Egypt image from WikipediaIn Spiritual lore, Upper and Lower Egypt could be said to represent the higher and lower self of the human body, and as such would need to be integrated on an annual basis with the help of the Neteru (Deities or Angelic Beings).

The unification of Upper and Lower Egypt occurred in about 3000 BC, but the pschent - or double crown, see  Wikipedia image on the right - worn by the Pharoahs represented the combined regalia of both areas; the hedjet or White Crown for Upper Egypt and the deshret or Red Crown for Lower Egypt, each half representing sovereignty of one of the kingdoms.

Established Ancient Egyptian tradition generally credits Menes (also known as Narmer), as the king who united Upper and Lower Egypt.

On the Narmer Palette the king is depicted wearing the Red Crown in one scene and the White crown in another, and thereby showing his rule over both Lands.

22nd September is also an alternative date for the Ancient Egyptian Ceremony of Transformation through Anpu (Anubis), though most sources list it as 4th September.  Joanna was interviewed by Linda Lang from ThoughtChange for their Mystical Side of Life Podcast series - see it on YouTube or for audio go to Anchor.

  • Anna Perenna, Friday 15th March 2019

Friday 15th March was the ancient celebration of Anna Perenna - Goddess of the Eternal Year in Roman tradition.  So that the circle could be completed, offerings were made to the Spirit of the Year.

According to Roman mythology, Anna Perenna was Dido's sister who, after Dido's suicide, was driven from Carthage to Latium. She was carried off by Numicus (the God of a stream) having incurred the wrath of Aeneas's wife in Latium. Aeneas's servants follwed her tracks and discovered that she had metamorphosed into a water nymph.

Eid Mar coinIn Roman tradition, 15th March is also the Ides of March, as well as a Festival to Jupiter. Shakespeare had a soothsayer warn Julius Caesar 'Beware the Ides of March' and reputedly he was indeed assassinated on 15th March 44 BC.

The illustration to the right (from the Wikipedia page for the Ides of March) shows a commemorative coin from Autumn of 42 BC, issued by Caesar's assassin Brutus, depicting the abbreviation EID MAR (Ides of March) under a Cap of Freedom between two daggers.

  • Birthday of Ra & Roman Games of Apollo, 13th July 2018

Friday 13th July, according to some sources, was the Ancient Egyptian Festival to celebrate the Birthday of Ra.  Since Ra was the God of creation this could be interpreted as the day man was created!  Ra was also associated with the Sun and healing so perhaps it is no coincidence that the Roman’s celebrated Apollo on the same (Equivalent) date.

Friday 13th July in Roman Times was the culmination of the Games of Apollo.  As early as 212 BCE 13th July was the celebration of Apollo as the God of Healing (especially during wars) but this later extended into an 8 day festival ending on 13th July.  Apollo was associated with the Sun and his twin Diana (Goddess of Hunting) was associated with the moon.  Apollo became significant among the Romans when Augustus Caesar, as a young man, chose Apollo as his own god, and attributed his victory over Antony and Cleopatra to Apollo’s superiority over the Egyptian Deities!  Augustus is said to have described Apollo as: “Governor of Roman destiny; master of the sun; archer; augur; averter of pestilence; and giver of sound morals to the young.”

Autumn view squareDecember in Britain is the month with the least hours of daylight, but sunlight hours increase from 21st onwards, after the Winter Solstice. The increased daylight - promising optimism - is celebrated as Yule, and here in the UK, Christmas Day on the 25th, which pre-Christianity, in Roman times, was celebrated as the birth date of Sol Invictus (Roman Solar Deity).

Landscapes and gardens are skeletal now, except for the evergreens, looking charming when snow-covered and laced with spider's webs kissed by frost. Keep the shivers at bay with seasonal soups utilising Jerusalem artichokes, leeks, carrots, beetroot, parsnips, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, potatoes and winter squash. Enjoy nutty snacks from chestnuts, hazelnuts and walnuts. Late fruiting apples, pears and quince also remain plentiful together with mushrooms and black truffles.

The month of December was named after ''decem' meaning 10th in Latin, as November was the 10th month when the year started in March. To the Anglo-Saxons, December was called Ærra Gēolameaning “before Yule" or "First Yule".

During December, we can also look forward to the British Celtic Festival of Yule (Winter Solstice = 21st December) followed by the Christian Festival of Christmas (25th) which is also the Zoroastrian Celebration of Zartosht-no Diso and St Stephens Day/Boxing Day (26th) plus two annual Roman Festivals Bona Dea (3rd) and Saturnalia (17th), and the month culminates withNew Year's Eve(31st), celebrated as a two-day festival called Hogmanay in Scotland. We have Forest Bathing events on Saturday 4th (Newlands Corner, Guildford), Monday 6th (Horsell Common, Woking) and Saturday 11th (Harry Edwards, Shere). Our Mindful Chakra Alignment Course runs for three consecutive Wednesday evenings commencing 1st December (see listing below for details and link) and our Full Moon Meditation takes place 7.30-9.30pm (UK time)on Saturday 18th, with the Solstice Full Moon peaking the following morning at 04:36. Aligning with the moon cycle is very therapeutic, and our next Lunar Alignment Programme commences with the New Moon on 2nd January 2022.  We also have the Geminid Meteor Shower peaking 13th/14th.We have Forest Bathing and Harmony Healing vouchers available as Christmas gifts.

03 Dec Bona DeaFriday 3rd December is the Roman Festival of Bona Dea, this being a smaller festival than the one celebrated on 1st May but similarly for women only. In Roman mythology, Bona Dea (literally "the good goddess") was the goddess of fertility, healing, virginity, and women.

She was the daughter of the god Faunus and was associated with supplying medicinal healing herbs in her temple garden. Bona Dea was also invoked for freedom from slavery; many of her worshippers were freed slaves and plebeians, and many were women seeking aid in sickness or for fertility.

Important News about Newlands Corner. Newlands Corner, our beautiful ancient forest site in Guildford Surrey, have put up our site rental price so much that we don't know if we will be able to continue offering public sessions there. We had to cancel our September event as the venue hire cost wasn't going to be covered. We will be forced to cancel Newlands events one week before if numbers are low, so please don't leave it to a last-minute booking or you stand to be disappointed.

04 Dec New MoonSaturday 4th December@ 07:43 is the New Moon, Supermoon and a total Solar Eclipse (only visible in Antartica but partially visible in South Africa and Namibia). More details at timeanddate.com. A solar eclipse happens whenever the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, hence partly or totally obscuring the Sun for anyone viewing from Earth. This eclipse will not be visible in London but will affect all of us energetically.

The New Moon Abundance Ritual should be carried out within 24 hours after the New Moon. It needs to be after the New Moon because the moon should be waxing (getting bigger again) to carry the manifestation energy. There are video instructions on my You Tube Page.

The New Moon is great time to create Vision Boards. How about creating one for 2022?

13 Dec Geminids 2Monday 13th - Tuesday 14th December is the peak of the Geminid Meteor Shower. The Geminids are considered by many to be the best annual meteor shower and are known for producing multicoloured meteors 65% being white, 26% yellow, and the remaining 9% blue, red and green.

Rates typically peak at 100-120/hour; this high activity lasts for several hours. It is certainly possible to see 80-100 Geminids in a single hour, but only from a dark site! The Geminid Meteor Shower is expected to peak in activity on the night of December 13th-14th, although some meteors should be visible from December 7th – 21st. The radiant point for this shower will be in the constellation Gemini. Best viewing is usually to the east after midnight. The waxing Gibbous Moon approaching the Full Moon early on 19th December will hamper viewing due to light pollution. Go to timeanddate.com  for further information.

17 Dec SaturnaliaFriday 17th December is the Roman Festival of Saturnalia. This was the popular banquet commemorating the dedication of the temple of the god Saturn. It was marked by tomfoolery and reversal of social roles, in which slaves and masters ostensibly switched places.

The holiday was celebrated with a sacrifice at the Temple of Saturn, in the Roman Forum, and a public feast, continual partying with private gift-giving, gambling and a celebratory atmosphere that reversed the usual Roman social norms with masters provided table service for their slaves. The poet Catullus referred to it as "the best of days."

Saturn was an agricultural deity who, in Roman Mythology, was associated with the Golden Age, when humans enjoyed the spontaneous bounty of the earth without labour in a state of innocence. Further information, courtesy of Wikipedia.

21 Dec Wnter SolsticeTuesday 21st December is the Pagan Solstice @ 15:58. It's the Winter Solstice here in the UK - the shortest day of the year with just 7 hours and 49 minutes daylight. The solstice itself is the moment the sun is shining farthest to the south, directly over the Tropic of Capricorn, so the time varies every year, between December 20th and 23rd.

The solstice marks the moment the sun shines at its most southern point and has been celebrated as a major Pagan festival, with rituals of rebirth, for thousands of years. Revellers gather at Stonehenge to watch the sunrise on the shortest day. Then, in the Northern Hemisphere, our days will gradually get longer until the summer solstice on Tuesday 21st June 2022 at 10:13.

Many of the traditions now associated with Christmas had their roots in Pagan Winter Solstice celebrations; including Yule logs, mistletoe and Christmas trees. The Druids  - an ancient Celtic order of priests, teachers, diviners and magicians who gleaned knowledge and enlightenment from sacred landscapes and ancient trees such as ‘Tutorial Oaks’ - used evergreen trees, holly and mistletoe to represent everlasting life. Druids would consider the cutting of trees as an offence against nature, but would decorate them with colourful rags tied on the branches.

25 Dec Xmas daySaturday 25th December is the Christian Festival of Christmas, commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ.

This is also the Fasli Zoroastrian Calendar is Zartosht-no Diso, commemorating the anniversary of the death of the prophet Zarathustra.

26 Dec Boxing DaySunday 26th December is St Stephen’s Day in the Christian Calendar, also known as Boxing Day.

Friday 31st December is New Year's Eve and Hogmanay in Scottish tradition.

Many Scots had to work over Christmas because celebrations were virtually banned in Scotland for around 400 years, from the end of the 17th century to the 1950s.

31 Dec Happy New YearThe Protestant Reformation led to the Presbyterian outlook, branding Christmas as a Popish or Catholic feast which was therefore prohibited.  As a result, their winter solstice celebrations took place at New Year when family and friends gathered for a party and exchange presents, especially for the children, which came to be called Hogmanay. Historians believe that the Vikings who, coming from even further north than the UK, paid strong attention to the passing of the shortest day and hence may have initiated the post-Solstice celebrations.  Image of fireworks over Edinburgh Castle by Chris Flexen.

There is no definitive view on the origins of the word Hogmanay. Many Scottish words have derived from Flemish, so one popular view is that Hogmanay came from hoog min dag which means great love day, whereas the Scandinavian word Hoggo-nott described the feast preceding Yule (itself a Scandinavian word commonly used in Shetland where the Scandinavian influence was strongest).

Alternatively, Hogmanay could source from the Anglo-Saxon, Haleg monath, Holy Month, or the Gaelic for new morning, oge maidne. Phonetically, a good candidate night be the similar sounding French expression Homme est né which means Man is born. Also, in France the last day of the year when gifts were exchanged was aguillaneuf, though specifically in Normandy presents given at the year-end were hoguignetes.

In Scotland a similar practice to that in Normandy was noted, rather disapprovingly, by the Church.

"It is ordinary among some Plebians in the South of Scotland, to go about from door to door upon New Year`s Eve, crying Hagmane." Scotch Presbyterian Eloquence, 1693.

Common Scottish practices on 31st December, before midnight, involve a thorough cleaning of the house (including taking out the ashes from the coal fire) plus the superstition to clear all your debts. Immediately after midnight, the long-held tradition to sing Robert Burns's For Auld Lang Syne has now evolved into a popular international custom.

Many areas of Scotland often developed their own local Hogmanay rituals such as the fireball swinging rituals in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, in northeast Scotland. Chicken wire structures - filled with old newspaper, sticks, rags, and other dry flammable material  - are attached to lengths of wire, chain or non-flammable rope. When the Old Town House bell marks the New Year, the balls are set alight and the celebrants set off along a heritage route, swinging the burning balls around their heads as they go. At the end of the ceremony, any fireballs that are still burning are cast into the harbour.

01 Jan New Years DaySaturday 1st Januaryis New Year’s Day and is a Bank Holiday in the UK and time for New Year’s Resolutions!

31 Dec Quadrantid MeteorsSaturday 1st – Wednesday 5th January (peaking on the 3rd, 4th January) is the Quadrantids Meteor Shower; visible from 1st – 5th January after midnight and peaking in the early hours of the 4th. With the New Moon on 2nd January, it could be a good year. Typically, 40 or so bright, blue and fast (25.5 miles per second) meteors will radiate from the constellation Bootes, some blazing more than halfway across the sky. A small percentage of them leave persistent dust trains. This shower usually has a very sharp peak, usually lasting only about an hour.

The particles that cause the Quadrantid meteor show originate from the asteroid 2003 EH1 an asteroid that is probably a piece broken off from an obsolete comet. Since the orbit of 2003 EH1 is highly inclined to the orbit of the Earth, the Earth passes through it very quickly. Thus, the Quadrantid meteor shower is an extremely short one, lasting only a few hours.  With the recent Full Moon on 30th December, there could be too much light pollution to see much.

  • Egyptian Burning of the Lamps ceremony, 20th June 2018

Isis (Auset) ImageWednesday 20th June is the Egyptian Festival of the Burning of the Lamps which was held at Sais.

This is the third great festival in Sais to Aset (Isis). In an under-chapel beneath the temple, lamps were carried in procession around the coffin of Asar (Osiris).

It was by the power of light, symbolising the life-giving power of the Moon, that Aset rekindled life in her dead husband.

  • Egyptian Feast of Wagy, Friday 18th August

Egyptian DeitiesFriday 18th August is the Egyptian Feast of Wagy.

Taking place seventeen days after the Egyptian celebrations of New Year's Day, there was the more sombre feast of Wagy, when families paid respect to their ancestors.

They came to the tombs of the deceased, with offerings, performing rituals, specifically "fumigations" - producing fumes - smoke.

The ceremonies were often followed by a funerary meal.

  • Egyptian Festival of Nehebkau, 29th November 2017

Image of Ka armsWednesday 29th November is the Egyptian celebration Nehebkau, which literally meant 'he who unites the Kas'; the Ka being the body double which we might interpret as spirit or soul.  Different texts identify the Ka as the Lower Self and the Ba as the Higher Self, whilst other specialists believe the opposite. Either way, Nehebkau effectively means the unity of the Hight and Lower Self, so essentially spiritual enlightenment.

Nehebkau was depicted in the form of a snake (typically with two heads - able to attack and defend at the same time - see image on the left) or as conjoined arms, legs and occasionally wings!

He was yet another Deity associated with protection and magic, and was said to guard the Dwat (Void) or the Underworld.

  • Egyptian Festival of Pelusia, 20th March 2017

Tuesday 20th March is the Egyptian Festival of Pelusia, with the Egyptian Goddess Isis (Aset) working her spring magic to ensure the flooding of the Nile later in the year, thereby guaranteeing a fruitful harvest.

Accordng to findwords.info, in the Roman Empire, the Pelusia was a religious festival held on the 20th March to honour Isis (known as Aset to the indigenous Egyptians) and her child Harpocrates (known to the Egyptians as Heru and later called Horus by the Greeks). It would have coincided with the second day of the Quinquatria, the five-day festival dedicated to Minerva(see Blog entry for 19th March). It's not known when the tradition started because the holiday was not featured in the Roman calendar by 100 AD, but had been added by the reign of Marcus Aurelius (161–180 AD).

In the 6th Century AD, John Lydus, the Byzantine scholar, describes the festival as commemorating the mud (we would now know as the alluvial plain) caused from the flooding of the Nile. This ends hunger and drought and generates fertility.  It was thought to be represented by the birth of Harpocrates, who in Roman art is depicted emerging from mud bearing a Cornucopia (rather like the image of Lar featured on the 22nd February Blog entry).

During the Pelusia, participants were sprinkled with water to obtain immunity from offenses to the gods (impunitas periurorum) and rebirth (regeneratio). The sprinkling is thought to recreate the symbolic effect of the flooding, indicating that  water from the Nile itself may have been used as a form of holy water as it was in other Isis ceremonies brought to Rome. Regeneratio was also used in connection with Baptism in Christian discourse of the time.

In Egypt, the Pelusia on 20th March, marked the beginning of the sailing season. The day was under the protection of Isis and Serapis (the Graeco-Egyptian version of Osirus combined with Apis, introduced by the Ptolemies in the 1st Century BC).

  • Festival of the Three Marys, 24th May 2018

Thursday 24th May is the Romani and Christian Festival of the Three Marys at Sainte-Maries-de-la-Mar, on the south coast of France.  Here landed Mary Magdalene, Mary Jacob (the sister of Mother Mary known in the Catholic faith as Our Lady) and Mary Salome (mother of James and John). A local Chieftain, Sara the Kali, had a vision of their arrival and by spreading her cloak over the rough sea ensured their safe arrival.

map of the camargueSaine-Maries-de-la-Mar (Saint Marys of the Sea) is the capital of the Camargue (Provençal Occitan  Camarga) in the south of France. Interestingly, it is noted on the Wikipedia page, from where this map was taken [courtesy of ChrisO (Public domain), via Wikimedia Commons], that the village was noted as "Ra" in the 4th century AD by the Roman geographer Rufus Festus Avienus. Ra being the Ancient Egyptian Deity also known as the Sun God, this could reinforce the idea that Mary Magdalene was actually of Egyptian origin (possibly from the southern area of Nubia, where the native people are very dark skinned) and could also have been the revered Black Madonna.

  • Friday 14th January, Hindu Celebration of Makara Samkranti

makar 1Friday 14th January is the Hindu Celebration of Makara Samkranti, which is the Winter Festival of the reborn sun.  It is traditional to wear yellow clothes and eat yellow food.

Bathing in sacred waters, lighting bonfires, kite flying, dancing and offering prayers are also traditional activities over this festival, with rural children going from house to house, singing and asking for treats. It is also a good day to donate to charity.

Makara is a mythological sea-creature from Hindu cultur and is equivalent to the Zodiac sign of Capricorn in Hindu astrology. Saṃkrānti is the moment when the Sun enters a zodiacal constellation (rāśi).

Most ancient Hindu festivals are observed according to lunar cycles, whereas Makar Sankranti is one of the few set by the solar cycle. This means it falls annually on the same Gregorian calendar date (14th January), except on occasional years when the date shifts by a single day, because of the complexity of earth-sun relative movement.

In some regions, traditions include taking a ceremonial dip in holy rivers, which is believed to expunge all past sins.

Makar Sankranti is marked, every 12 years, by a massive pilgrimage, with up to 100 million people flocking to Allahabad, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, for the event.

Allahabad sits at the point where the Ganges, the Yamuna, and the Saraswati rivers merge making it a focal point for the festivities.

  • Friday 14th May, Panegyric of Isis (Aset) Egyptian Celebration & Secondary 555 numerology

Panegyric of IsisFriday 14th May is the Panegyric of Isis (Aset) Egyptian Celebration, when Asar (Osiris) was found and Aset (Isis) duly celebrated. Offerings of bread, wine and milk are made and Auset is traditionally praised for her gifts.

It is a time for celebrating successful quests in life. From Isadorus, Hymn III:

O Isis, the Great, God's mother, Lady of Philae,
    God's Wife, God's Adorer, and God's Hand,
God's mother and Great Royal Spouse,
Adornment and Lady of the Ornaments of the Palace.

Lady and desire of the Green Fields,
Nursling who fills the palace with her beauty,
Fragrance of the palace, mistress of joy,
Who completes her course in the Divine Place.

Rain-cloud that makes green the fields when it descends,
Maiden, sweet of love, Lady of Upper and Lower Egypt,
Who issues orders among the divine Ennead,
According to whose command one rules.

Princess, great of praise, lady of charm,
Whose face enjoys the trickling of fresh myrrh.

By keeping traditions, communities in Ancient Egypt retained a sense of harmony and connection, thereby bringing balance and wellbeing into their lives.

555 14 MayFriday 14th May is also a secondary 555 in numerology.  2021 is a '5' year in numerology (2+0+2+1 = 5), May is the 5th month and with the 5th May being the 5th day of the month, it was a primary 555 as digits for all aspects of the month each add up to 5.

Friday 14th (today) and Sunday 23rd May, carry secondary 555 energy as the digits of those dates also add up to 5. Subscribers to the Harmony Healing e-Newsletters will receive reminders on the day. See above entry for 5th May for more on the numerology of 5 and the full Harmony Healing Blog entry for 5th May for further details on the meaning of triple numbers in numerology and the interpretation of 555 specifically.  Special 555 meditation available from Harmony Shop.

Harmony Healing activities are aimed at bringing harmony and wellbeing into your life. The next RSE 1 module series starts 14th May with Violet Flame of Amenti and 17th May with Chakra Balancing, Axiatonal Alignment and Unity Consciousness.

If you are looking for spiritually enlightening activities following lockdown, which help to connect you with the lunar cycle, we have the next virtual healing circle later this month on Wednesday 26th May at 7.30-9.30pm (UK time = GMT+1), and costs £20 (+ £2 Paypal fee). During this session, we connect with other like-minded people and together we work through a mindful chakra balancing process using colours and etheric crystals, with the aim that all participants will experience a degree of unity consciousness. This activity serves as a good taster of my work in general and the virtual format of our Zoom based programme.
