All you need to take part is a computer with a webcam and microphone.  A camera is not essential but without it, the experience is less interactive and would not be recommended for a workshop.

Virtual Full Moon Guided Healing Meditation

Wednesday 20th October, 7.30-9.30pm UK Time (GMT+1 which is also UT+1) - Virtual Healing Circle, £20 + paypal admin fee to participate (half price to RSE graduates). 

This will be a Zoom video gathering and all participants will receive group healing, be able to nominate others for healing, plus there will be a global healing exercise. The Zoom link will be sent to all those booked in prior to the event.

Following brief introductions (assuming numbers are small enough to allow this).

With this event taking place on the day of the Hunter Moon (peaking @ 15:57). We will start by invoking Gabriel, Essene Guardian of the Moon (and the Guardian of Mondays). We also call in the other planetary angels, plus the elemental angels of earth, air, fire and water.

Then we will 'invite in' (remotely) the Higher Self or soul essence of any 'guests' brought to the circle for healing by those present (see note marked * below).

Joanna will guide participants through a balancing colour & crystal healing exercise by means of mindful connection with the 9 personal chakras.

When the balancing exercise is completed (30-45 mins), we will all connect into a virtual circle and then activate the additional two chakras connecting us above (sky) and below (mother earth) with additional guiding angels in each case.

Once we are 'plugged in' above & below, we will send healing around the circle which will include our absent guests and time will be spent focussing on global healing to humanity, other living beings, the planet herself and the universe.

When we return from this experience, we draw the event to a close. I anticipate 2 hours, up to 2½ hours. Folks can leave earlier, but they would have to bring themselves back from a meditative space. To do this, visualise roots connecting you to the ground below, focussing on the day, date and venue space where you are meditating. Make sure you feel safely back and drink some water before re-assuming general life chores.

* ideally, before the event, draw up a list of people to whom you would like to send healing; make sure they are people who would welcome distance healing as its not considered 'spiritually ethical' to force healing onto unwilling recipients! Unless you know that it would be against their beliefs, it is considered ethical to send healing to those with whom you are directly connected (spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings) and/or anyone who is not conscious or readily contactable and therefore cannot be consulted. We then add the proviso that the healing be sent to them IF it is in their 'Highest Good'. These make up the 'guests' brought to the circle by participants.

You are guided through the 9-chakra system Joanna uses, from Base to Crown. Each chakra is balanced with the appropriate colour with the addition of relevant crystalline & angelic energies and the creation of a self-regulating filter. Participants receive a distant Equlibrium Attunement (see below for more about an attunement).

As the course draws to a close, we have a fully guided Unity Consciousness & Axiatonal Realignment Meditation. Starting with a relaxation exercise, the meditation connects the chakras and central meridian back to Universal source. We add the 10th and 11th chakras to the ones we worked with earlier. Inspired by the Unity Breath known by indigenous tribes, this meditation involves a trinity connection with Mother Earth and Father Sky. What is an Attunement (or Initiation)?

Attunements can also be called Initiations; you are being attuned to a new vibrational rate. Your physical body needs to adjust to this new rate and hence you may experience a 21-day clearing. Some people don't really notice anything during the clearing period, but others can experience physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual symptoms with mood swings, aches and pains plus emotional outbursts. Your physical body needs to be ‘boosted’ in order to cope with the faster cellular vibration and the spiritual awakening which usually follows.

The word 'initiate' also means 'to begin'. This is achieved by placing ancient sacred symbols into your aura at specific chakra points. These symbols manifest in a dimension normally outside our awareness causing a change in your energy field. As the symbols are drawn by the Healing Master (the title used for teachers/mentors who are able to impart these symbols to others), they manifest in a different dimension which is generally invisible to us [though it may be tangible in other ways] but visible to Higher Dimensional Beings.

Sacred symbols are currently a language that we don't fully understand on an intellectual level, but having them in our auric field seems to signify to higher frequency beings that we want to work with them.  At this point in time, we don't have any scientific proof of any of this, it is purely a theory. Use your discretion to determine whether this sounds feasible to you. Being open to the concept is enough; I was extremely sceptical to the idea, but having felt so totally different afterwards and conscious of a whole new array of perceptive ability over a period of time, I was fully converted.  If the idea sounds ridiculous to you, don't waste your time or money.  Similarly, attunements are not recommended for anyone who is feeling mentally, emotionally or spiritually vulnerable.

By welcoming these symbols into your auric field, you are sending a signal to the loving positive energy beings (Angels, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides etc.) in other dimensions that you are ready to interact with them. Your vibrational frequency is modified (by means of the symbols) as if you are a radio set with the wavelength being adjusted along the dial.  Your new frequency enables you to interact more easily with higher frequency Beings and for them to be able to communicate with you.

These Beings exist in a higher vibrational state to us and therefore as we increase our own vibrational state we are more aware of their presence and more able to accept their loving guidance. They will want to help you remember the ancient truths you have known and worked with before. You have opened the door to your soul awakening, it is up to you to decide how and when you will walk the path towards enlightenment; these Beings readily accept your invitation to illuminate that path for you.
